POLICIES
BUSINESS HOURS: Our office is open between 10:00 am -
3:00 pm, Eastern Time,
Monday thru Friday. There may be times you will receive our
voice mail. In that event, we will contact you as soon as
possible after receiving your message. You may leave a message for
us 24 hours per day at our toll-free number: 1.800.407.5090.
RETURNS:
CraftAmerica.com will accept returned merchandise with prior approval.
If you have merchandise to return simply call our toll-free number:
1.800.407.5090 to obtain approval. All returned merchandise must be
shipped to us prepaid and insured and must be in it's original packaging in its
original condition. Please check your order carefully before
submitting the order to us. We have attempted to provide accurate
size information on all our merchandise where size is a consideration. We will credit your credit card for the amount
of the return, minus our original shipping charges. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. If
you paid for your order by check or money order, we will issue you a check
in the amount of the return minus a 15% restocking fee and our original
shipping charges.
If you are returning
merchandise due to a problem caused by CraftAmerica.com, we will accept,
with prior approval, your return and credit you for the full amount of the
return plus shipping charges incurred by you in returning the merchandise
to us.
RETURNED CHECK FEE: We will charge a fee of $30.00 for any check returned for insufficient
funds or for any other reason.
PRIVACY: We
do not share your information with third parties PERIOD! We will not
provide your personal information to anyone, including your e-mail
address.
SPAM: We
hate SPAM as much as you do. We will never send you unsolicited
e-mail, nor will we share or sell your e-mail address to anyone. We
only collect your e-mail address in the event we need to contact you about
your order.
SECURITY:
All the personal information you provide to us, including your credit card
information, is stored and transferred through a Secure Server using SSL
Encryption. This is the STANDARD for today's internet transactions.
SALES TAX:
We collect sales tax only on orders shipped to locations within the State
of Kentucky. If you are a business within the state of Kentucky, you
will need to send us a copy of your State Sales Tax form and include your
Ky. State Sales Tax Number in the message section of the shopping cart or we will have
to charge you the standard 6% Kentucky State sales tax. If you have
