HOW TO ORDER
At CraftAmerica.com we
want to make ordering simple for our customers and to provide you as many
ordering options as possible. That's why you can order in so many different
ways from us. Check out the following ways to order, the choice is yours.
ORDERING ONLINE
We accept Visa, MasterCard and
Discover Network credit cards for online and telephone orders. By mail
we accept the above credit cards, checks and money orders.
It's easy to order online
from CraftAmerica.com. From any page, select the "Products" button, and you
will be transported to our alphabetical listing of products. Click on any
of the links to view a photo, description and price of the items. If you
want to purchase an item, simply click on the "Add to Cart" link, and the
item will be added to your shopping cart. You will then be given a view of
your shopping cart and can change the quantity of the items ordered or you
can delete the item if you change your mind. To change the quantity ordered,
enter the amount you wish to order and then hit the "RECALCULATE" button
near the bottom of the shopping cart page. To delete an item, change
the quantity to "0" and then click on the "RECALCULATE" button. At any time, you can click on
the "Shop Cart" button to give you a current view of your
shopping cart. You can "check out" any time you are viewing the shopping
cart. Remember, you can always
cancel an item or change the quantity ordered prior to checking out.
When you "check out", you
will be asked to provide information so that we can receive, process and
ship your order. If you are paying by credit card, you will be connected to
a Secure Server before entering your credit card information. If you
pay by check or money order, we will receive your order, but we will not
process the order until we receive your check or money order (Please allow
up to 3-days for bank clearance).

ORDERING BY PHONE
To order by telephone,
simply call our toll-free order number which is 1.800.407.5090. Our
office hours are 10:00 am - 3:00 pm (Eastern Time), Monday -
Friday. There may be occasions
when you are transferred to voice mail. If you do, simply leave a name and
phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible. If you wish,
please leave a time when you would like to be called back.
When ordering by phone,
please have available the item number, item description and the quantity of
each item you would like to order.
